- Será la primera versión del concurso de fotografía referente al Ozono.

Con el objetivo de fomentar el 16 de septiembre como el Día Internacional de la Preservación de la Capa de Ozono, los fotógrafos profesionales y aficionados de Antioquia podrán participar en la primera versión del Concurso de Fotografía Ambiental “Por la Preservación de la Capa de Ozono”. La recepción de los trabajos será hasta las 4:00 p.m. del viernes 21 de septiembre, en la calle 41 No. 53-07 (Edificio Área Metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá - Sector La Alpujarra).
Cada uno de los concursantes podrá presentar hasta dos fotografías a color y en formato libre, las cuales deberán ser entregadas impresas en papel fotográfico, con un tamaño de 25 por 20 centímetros cada una. Asimismo, se deberán entregar en un CD.
“Con este concurso queremos incentivar a los ciudadanos para que ayuden a cuidar nuestra Capa de Ozono. De esta forma, esperamos generar en ellos un compromiso más profundo con el medio ambiente, invitándolos a ser parte de esta mensaje”, señaló la ingeniera Xiomara Ibeth Stavro Tirado, coordinadora en Antioquia y en Córdoba de la Unidad Técnica Ozono del Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial.
Premiación
El jurado, integrado por personas de reconocido prestigio en los temas ambientales y de la fotografía, seleccionará las dos mejores (mirando los aspectos medioambientales y técnicos de la imagen) y premiarán con 600 mil pesos al primer lugar y 400 mil pesos al segundo.
El Primer Concurso Ambiental “Por la Preservación de la Capa de Ozono” es organizado por el Área Metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá, la Corporación Autónoma Regional de las cuencas de los ríos Negro y Nare (Cornare), la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Centro de Antioquia (Corantioquia), la Unidad Técnica Ozono del Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial y el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) y Fotolandia.
